The Opportunity

A modern beauty brand, born in Los Angeles, ready for growth.

MUA Salon was founded on West 3rd Street in Los Angeles. Within five years, the studio has built a full menu of hair, color, and permanent makeup services, a loyal local client base that returns roughly every two weeks, an in-house education academy, and a brand voice that translates across markets without losing its boutique feel. We're now opening that brand to a small number of operating partners.

Franchise candidates can choose between two formats: a full-service flagship salon (~2,500–3,500 sq ft) or a permanent-makeup-led studio (~1,200–1,800 sq ft). Both formats use the same brand, same training pipeline, and same operational standards developed in the Los Angeles flagship.

  2. Discovery call. A 30-minute call with our franchise lead to walk through fit, format, and the FDD timeline.
  3. Information exchange. Mutual NDA, financial qualification, brand fit assessment.
  4. Discovery day. Visit the LA flagship, meet the team, sit in on real operations.
  5. Approval & FDD. Franchise Disclosure Document review and approval.
  6. Site & build-out. Site selection support, build-out playbook, vendor list.
  7. Pre-opening training. Your team trained at our academy and on-site by ours.
  8. Grand opening. Marketing-led launch with a 60-day support team on site.
